Gurdjieff's Sacred Dances & Sufi Dances
(look under 'special videos')

Gurdjieff's famed Sacred Dances come alive in this powerful and deeply involving performance, filmed live in Buddha Hall at Osho Commune International in Poona, India. These unique dances are a meditative experience for dancers and audience alike, invoking centeredness, while being one with the dance.

The performances are not really authentic Gurdjieff Movements, but the video can give one an idea about them.

"The film shows one of early-day performances of Movements at the Osho Commune. More recently, at the Osho Commune, Movements are performed in a style that could be regarded as more authentic."

The Gurdjieff Foundation has produced about 10 excellent videos with Movements. Maybe the most complete and accurate documentation of Gurdjieff artwork. To our knowledge they are not available to the public yet.
